Pork Floss Bread

Bread History Pork Floss Bread (Song Song) is always my bear bear's favorite. I was looking everywhere for a bread recipe and I found that below recipe turns out to be satisfied. My bear bear claims that it wasn't as nice as what we can get in the store as i did not make the milky fillings but I used condensed milk instead (like what we have in TOAST BOX)


Basic Sweet bread dough






A

100g bread flour

70g boiling water

B

300g bread flour

100g plain flour

80g Sugar

6g salt

20g milk powder

9g instant yeast

C

175g cold water

60g cold eggs

D

50g Butter



Method
  1. Add boiling water from A into flour. Mix well blended to form dough
  2. Cover and ser aside to cool and keep in refrigerator for at least 12 hours
  3. Mix B till well blended Add in C and knead to form rough dough.
  4. Add in A to knead until well blended
  5. Add in D and knead to form elastic dough
  6. Let it proof for 40 min
  7. Divide the dough into required weight and mould it round. Let it rest for 10 min
  8. Egg wash the dough and bake at 180C for 15 mins (or until golden brown)
  9. Spread some condensed milk over the roll and follow by Pork floss.
